MATT

Matt teaches the cardio boxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  He uses his amature boxing jiu-jitsu, varsity football, soccer and basketball experience to run a class that is different each and every time you walk through the gym door.  The classes will challenge the fittest of athelets but are also suitable for people of all fitness levels.  "
