Boxing Classes
We offer boxing classes throughout the week for all ages and levels. Whether you are looking to get in shape or train like a real boxer, we have the right class for you. Fundamentals Fitness Boxing Women's Team Training Youth Boxing Kickboxing This is a slowed down class with some cardio, focusing on the basic fundamentals and techniques of boxing This is the "Real Deal" boxing. We offer amateur competitive boxing. Member of the Ontario Boxing Association This class is a high intensity, non-contact cardio boxing Classes for kids ages 7-11yrs. Focusing on discipline and the basics of boxing. A lot of fun. This is a women's only class focusing on cardio with minimal to intermediate technique. This class is for all genders, with an emphasis on fitness, attitude, and personal well being. Get fit, have fun and learn practical self-defense! |
